First session; what you can expect
The benefit of an initial 15 minute telephone conversation is that we have the opportunity to talk with each other ahead of a face to face or on-line session.
This not only breaks the ice but also gives you the opportunity to give an overview of what you are hoping for from counselling. It also ensures that I can assess whether I will be able to support your therapeutic journey.
